Customer on Autoship
This third membership plan does not have an annual fee and includes the convenience of autoship. Its primary benefits are:

- The Isagenix products that you need will be delivered to your doorstep every month.
Customer
The customer membership plan is simple, but great. It will give you the following benefits:
- You will save 10% on the retail price of all Isagenix products.
- Your orders will be shipped quickly from a distribution center near you.
There is no annual fee for this membership.
Advice
If your just trying out a few Isagenix products, retail prices may be the best option for you. If however your committed and plan to purchase the products each month, you can make significant savings as a Preferred Customer on Autoship, easily offsetting your $25 members fee with the first order.
How To Sign up and Save with Isagenix
In this section you will learn the steps required to join Isagenix as a member, unlocking discounts on all future Isagenix purchases.
Step 1: Go to our product page.
Select any product on the page and click “Buy Now”.
Step 2: Choose to “Buy Now” or “Sign Up and Save”
This will take you to the individual product’s page and you should see two green buttons. One says “Sign Up and Save” and the other says “Buy Now”.
If you prefer to make a one-off purchase and not sign up for a membership, just click the “Buy Now” button. If you want to sign up for a membership plan, click “Sign Up and Save”.
Step 3: Choose your membership
Select the membership that best suits you. If your still unsure, check out my contact page to organise a time for a chat.
Step 4: Choose your Isagenix products.
After you select a membership plan, the website will take you to your shopping cart and you can enjoy choosing the products that you want.
As you shop, watch for different options that you will need to choose from. Such as:
- Quantity
- Flavours
- Liquid or Powdered form products
- Packing such as canister or individual pre-measured packs:

Step 5: Choose your Isagenix Package Options
When you buy a pack or system that includes various Isagenix products, you will need to select your pack options which involves choosing the quantity, flavour and packaging (when applicable) for each product. After you select the options for each product, click the green plus sign on the right to confirm that you want it in the pack.
After you confirm a product, it is moved down into the list of selected products and will have a red x next to it. You can click this red x to remove the product from the pack if necessary.
You can simplify this whole step of selecting your pack’s options by clicking the wide, blue button at the top of the screen. If you click this button, the website will configure each product in the pack according its the most popular options.
After you have selected all the options for the products in your pack, you need to specify how many packs you want to order and then click “Add to Cart”.
Every time that you add an individual product or a pack to your shopping cart, the website will give you the option to “Continue Shopping” or “Checkout” . Simply choose the option that you want.
Step 6: Checkout and complete the signup process for your membership.
Once you are done shopping, click “Checkout” and follow the prompts to put in your personal information, such as
- set up shipping
- payment.
The website will automatically give you the discount that goes with your membership plan at the time of payment

If you set up an autoship order, you can change the products and shipping date at any time.

Canceling an autoship order does not affect your Isagenix membership and you can continue to order products at their wholesale price as you need to.
Yes. Just call our customer care team for New Zealand at 0800-451-291 and request the hold.
Putting an autoship order on hold does not affect your Isagenix membership in any way. You can still order products at their wholesale price as necessary.
As you consider putting your autoship order on hold, remember it is possible to delay the shipping of your autoship order by up to 60 days from the current date.
- Simply log in to your back office and click the orange “Manage Autoship” button on the home page.
Then change the shipping date and click the “Confirm Autoship” button at the bottom of the page.
You can change any details related to shipping and payment by logging in to your back office.
- Click on the orange “Manage Autoship” button. Next, select the “Edit My Autoship” button.
- On this page, you will see a section for Shipping Information, as well as one for Payments.
- Select the section that you want and then you can choose existing information or click the blue “Add” button to add new information.
- After you have updated your details, click the “Confirm Autoship” button to save your changes.
You can change the products in your autoship order by logging in to your back office.
- Click on the orange “Manage Autoship” button.
- As you change products, it is important to always leave one product in your shopping cart at all times.
We recommend that you add the new products that you want to the cart and then remove the products that you don’t want.
- After you have updated your shopping cart, click the “Confirm Autoship” button at the bottom of the page to save the changes.
Remember: If necessary, you can delay the shipping of your autoship order by up to 60 days from the current date.
